X360 15, Intel Processor with Vega Graphics.

HP X360 15, Touch Interface with Vega Graphics
HP has announced at CES 2018 the new generation of the Specter x360 15. A convertible that stands out as the first to incorporate the 8th generation of Intel® Core ™ processors with Radeon ™ RX Vega M graphics, also presented at the Las Vegas fair.
The new Specter x360 15 is the most outstanding premium convertible of HP and the second generation improves in design, security, autonomy and especially in process and graphic performance , thanks to the new processor that combines an Intel quad-core CPU, with Radeon graphics RX ™ Vega M and 4 Gbyte of dedicated HBM2 memory, using Intel’s Embedded Multi-Die Interconnect Bridge (EMIB) technology, which acts with an intelligent, high-speed bridge of information between the GPU and the HBM2 memory.

The Specter x360 15 (2018) maintains its 13.3-inch IPS multitouch screen with two resolutions to choose from, Full HD and 4K, and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass NBT. It also reinforces its hinge system that allows the screen to fold up to 360 degrees to offer four modes of use , from ultraportable to tablet, and refines its external design with more angular lines of its CNC machined aluminium chassis, while maintaining both colour finishes. Spectacular coppery black that we saw from the original model:

It also improves its connectivity with two USB Type C-Thunderbolt ™ 3 and other USB 3.0 ports, as well as dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth and HDMI output. It has a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. The autonomy is another of the highlights of the Specter x360, since with panel FHD rises to 16.5 hours and 10 hours with the panel with 4K resolution. It also has a fast loading system.

HP Pen Active Stylus has also been enhanced by adding sensitivity to the tilt, with charging via the included USB Type-C ports and support for Windows Ink. To reinforce the security section, it has an infrared camera with support for Windows Hello and HP Sure View technology, a screen against “visual hacking”.
In terms of memory and storage, you can equip up to 16 Gbyte of RAM and up to 1 Tbyte of capacity with solid-state drives to PCIe. All in all, the big improvement is the increased performance provided by the quad-core Intel processor with AMD’s Vega graphics.
The new Specter x360 15 pre-installs the Windows 10 operating system and will be available in the month of March in the specialized channel and in the HP Store with a base price of 1,369 dollars.

Intel processor with Vega graphics

The great novelty of the Specter is the 8th generation of Intel® Core ™ processors with Radeon ™ RX Vega M graphics. With a wide variety of features and designed with the needs of gamers, content creators and fans of virtual and combined reality in mind, these processors expand Intel’s portfolio and have been optimized for small format devices, such as systems 2 in 1, thin and light notebooks and mini PCs.
Announced last November, the solution is a novelty in the industry and will allow thinner, lighter and more powerful mobile platforms for enthusiasts, combining high-performance processors and discrete graphic cards in ultrathin notebook designs.
These units combine an Intel quad-core CPU, with Radeon RX ™ Vega M graphics and 4GB of dedicated HBM2 memory, using Intel’s Embedded Multi-Die Interconnect Bridge (EMIB) technology, which acts with an intelligent information bridge and high speed between the GPU and the HBM2 memory and reduces the usual silicon footprint to less than half compared to the discrete components implemented separately.
With these space savings, OEMs have more freedom and flexibility to build thin and light devices. For example, many 3-year-old systems weigh almost 3 kilos, have batteries of about four hours and a thickness of more than 32 mm. With this new processor, device lovers can enjoy equipment less than 17 mm capable of operating up to eight hours with a single charge, while offering a performance of the next level.

About ESIM And Their Advantage:

About ESIM, ESIM, NEW GENERATION About ESIM

eSIM square measure the new generation virtual SIMs approved last year by the GSMA to switch the present physical removable cards, SIM.

Like them, the eSIM permits North American nation to attach to the net and / or create calls, however they need a way higher potential and relevant benefits. one amongst them is that they hardly take up area as a result of they're enforced by means that of alittle chip put in within the electronic devices within the plant.

Beyond the hardware, the user can no longer ought to attend a store to shop for his SIM (or stay up for it to arrive by mail) once he alters operator. it'll be doable to hold out quicker movableness, avoid the high prices of roaming or rent terribly straightforward further services.

In addition, virtual SIM information is keep within the cloud, facilitating its use in many computers just by getting into the user’s credentials. additionally, it'll gain in security, since once addressing remote services it'll be doable to find the device if the user loses or the device is purloined.

The independence of a removable support has attention-grabbing benefits from the technical purpose of view; With this normal, the likelihood is enabled that the SoC that move our devices conjointly work as a SIM card, while not absorbing a lot of area (and while not the necessity to put in a dock or aspect doors to permit the user to vary the physical SIM).

Project EVO – PCs continually connected:
The eSIM square measure already reaching the market in segments like smartphones and smartwatch, however they'll even have nice potential within the net of Things and in personal computers like laptops. within the age of quality, property could be a elementary characteristic for users and professionals. If, for work desktops, property is resolved with wired local area network networks, wireless communications technologies should guarantee the capability, performance and security of a permanent association to the net.

Always connected PCs could be a new class of product proclaimed by Intel at the last Computex honest , with the eSIM as protagonists which will become associate more and more necessary technology, because the prices of the information plans decrease and also the prices increase. Users’ desires to fancy net access at any time and from anyplace.

Intel is investment in eSIM and LTE technologies and its executives square measure operating closely with Microsoft to validate eSIM-enabled, always-connected platforms supported by multiple carriers, exploitation the Intel® XMMTM 7260 electronic equipment and also the future Intel XMM 7360 electronic equipment.

This joint work is another cooperative initiative of the Intel EVO Project , a strategic agreement with Microsoft proclaimed at the WinHEC 2016 conference , to take computing to a different level – grade wherever PCs square measure capable of doing one thing even additional unbelievable, providing innovations powerful in games, increase security and identity protection and facilitate the enjoyment of really connected experiences.

An effort to determine new standards and technologies as an important success to extract the complete potential of 5G networks and also the enlargement of the interconnectivity of devices and things..

Just many weeks past , members of the 3GPP cluster approved the primary 5G specification called “Non-Standalone 5G NR (New Radio)” at a gathering in capital of Portugal. A elementary step for operators and makers to own the required base to develop new hardware that permits to require advantage of a 5G mobile affiliation, just like the 1st business modems for 5G radio created by Intel.

The big firms within the sector are making check networks and prototypes for a protracted time, though 5G technology goes on the far side devices, and needs a virtualized 5G network ready for the Cloud, since it'll be necessary to mix networks, clouds and customers. in an exceedingly powerful 5G end-to-end resolution.

Advantages of 5G:
The main improvement of the fifth generation of this mobile technology are a spectacular increase in performance with theoretical speeds of information transfer in descent of ten Gbps. a giant improvement compared to the seventy five Mbps of this 4G-LTE and a performance that may pulverize the Wi-Fi networks and even surpass several current wired networks.

The improvement in latency also will be notable . 5G are engineered to handle all kinds of traffic with very low latency, ideal for powering transportable technologies, sensible cars or home devices that may return beneath the net of Things. it's expected that the end-to-end latency falls below one time unit permitting new technologies and applications that merely aren't attainable with this 4G.

Powerful and agile networks may route network traffic showing intelligence to order security- vital devices , admire autonomous driving cars and wearable medical devices. In geographical areas wherever the connected infrastructure isn't as quick or reliable pro re nata, 5G technology additionally offers a world of potentialities not presently accessible.

5G Network:

Review of Huawei P9 Android Smart Phone.

Huawei P9 Android Smart Phone
After making together with Google the Nexus 6P, Huawei seems ready to stop copying elements from other manufacturers and achieve a strong smartphone, as evidenced by the Huawei P9 .

The Huawei P9 is the first smartphone whose camera was developed in conjunction with the legendary house of photography Leica, resulting in a dual camera of 12 MP that takes excellent photographs, rivaling the best smartphones of the segment with a somewhat lower price.

With the Huawei P9, Huawei seems to have found the perfect balance between screen size and overall size. Thanks to a 5.2-inch screen, the size of the Huawei P9 seems perfect to handle it comfortably, or keep it in a pocket without looking like we carry a book inside the pants.

The version of the Huawei P9 that we tested has a 5.2-inch 1080p screen, Kirin 955 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, dual 12 MP camera, 8 MP front camera, 3000 mAh battery and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the EMUI 4.1 user interface.

Design and quality of the Huawei P9:

The Huawei P9 is manufactured in a matt gray metallic unibody chassis that is really attractive both to the eye and to the touch, of only 6.95mm profile, one of the thinnest. Its edges are slightly chamfered to improve ergonomics, and the glass panel that covers the screen is rounded, hiding the edges and only showing the Huawei brand on the bottom and just a small speaker and the camera on top.

On the back, a black glass strip covers the two camera lenses of the Huawei P9, along with a dual LED flash and place for the Leica brand. Already in the chassis, the fingerprint reader is located just below the camera, in a very comfortable position, although we prefer the reader on the front. A single antenna band on the underside cuts with the perfection of the Huawei P9 chassis on the back. An important detail: the camera lenses of the Huawei P9 are perfectly aligned with the chassis without protruding, something that very few manufacturers have achieved even with a single camera lens.

Underneath, the USB-C port is escorted by the headphone jack and a small but powerful speaker, but its alignment is far from perfect and seems to be finished to the troubles.

To the right of the Huawei P9, the volume control protrudes and its power button is more achieved, with roughness and a comfortable position, and slightly pushed inwards – although with the fingerprint reader, each time it becomes less used. On the left, the bay that serves to house the SIM and the microSD card is barely recognized.

Review Of The Xiaomi Mi Band 2: The Necessary With An Excellent Price

Xiaomi MI Band 2, Smart Android Phone, Xiaomi Band 2
The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 is the second generation of fitness bracelets from Xiaomi , after a couple of tries with the first generation.

The Mi Band 2 is part of a wave of new wearables that started with the massiveness of the smartwatches, but proposing more simplified functions for a much lower price – and especially if we do not want to resign to continue using conventional clocks, much more attractive for now than the smartwatches that the market offers.

For $ 35, the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 offers several features of a smartwatch, with heart rate sensor, step counter and calories, notifications – although limited – and a battery of 70 mAh that can reach more than 20 days with a single charge. In addition, it has a 0.42-inch OLED screen protected from scratches, although monochrome and with a capacitive button to pass the different screens with information.

Design of the Xiaomi Mi Band 2:

The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 has a silicone band with good fit, and pressure is placed on the mesh unit, which must be removed for charging and use a USB adapter quite uncomfortable but consistent with the rest of fitness bracelets we have seen – That luckily does not require doing it often, since a single load can exceed 20 days, unlike a smartwatch that requires a charge every one or two days at best.

The screen of the Mi Band 2 is small, but enough to show the precise information, and this means that on the wrist the Mi Band 2 can coexist perfectly with a watch without attracting attention, although in many cases it will be enough to replace it, activating the screen with just twisting the wrist to see the time.

The silicone mesh is supposedly a material that resists perspiration, and feels very comfortable. You will have to test it for months to see its resistance, but if it is damaged, there are meshes available in different colors for a few dollars.

The screen is resistant to scratches, but it is inevitable that it receives some and it is not difficult to mark it. The IP67 certification gives us the security of being able to submerge the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 without problems.

Software of the Xiaomi Mi Band 2:

If you want to make the most of Mi Band 2, you must download Mi Fit, a Xiaomi app developed to accompany the device and available for both Android and iOS, and configure alarms – which make the bracelet vibrate gently to wake us up – Screen options, notifications and to be able to track all the data of the wristband that are synchronized per day.

The Mi Band 2 also allows us to track the sleep, which in our tests proved quite effective. My Fit can synchronize the data compiled with Google Fit, so as not to duplicate data and centralize them for better visualization, including calories, heart rate, steps, distance traveled and objectives.

The My Fit app requires a Xiaomi account, which can be opened from the same app but it can be a headache to do so, and that’s where we could say that this bracelet fails. The app is not well polished and in many cases it is frustrating, although with patience you can find all the necessary settings and data.

The options to activate notifications of messages, calls and apps is very convenient, shortening their distance of functionality with the smartwatches to the point of considering if we really need one or a band like the My Band 2 is enough.

Review Of The Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro: Compact, Powerful And With A Great Price

Redmi Xiaomi Note 3 Pro, Android
The Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro is probably one of the most powerful smartphones that can be purchased for $ 150.

With a 5-inch IPS screen at 720p resolution, octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and 3GB of RAM, this comfortable, small and powerful at the same time is a real surprise, and makes us rethink why we would spend several hundred dollars more for a smartphone

In addition to the mentioned features, the Redmi 3 Pro includes a fingerprint reader on the back, accompanied by a 13 MP camera with PDAF and a very good performance LED flash, a 5 MP front camera for selfies and a manufactured chassis in excellent finish aluminum, even better than other manufacturers trying to get closer to its price. For $ 150, our expectations were not very high for the Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro, but its manufacturing quality surprised us pleasantly. Nowhere do we find poorly made or poorly aligned finishes and to the touch the metal of the Redmi 3 Pro feels very good, not at all cheap. Its upper frame around the screen enhances the premium appearance and it is very difficult to get a smartphone with such dedication for its manufacture in this segment.

The rear camera lens barely protrudes, almost imperceptibly, and your fingerprint reader is solid and responds very well with each use. On the back the Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro has a wide loudspeaker grille that occupies a good part of the bottom. Its ignition and volume controls are also metallic and on top is the perfect fit 3.5mm headphone jack. Underneath, the perfectly aligned microUSB port is escorted by a microphone that, together with others at the top, cancels noise to improve the quality of calls.

Screen of the Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro:

The screen of the Redmi 3 Pro uses IPS technology and thanks to an HD resolution, this 5-inch panel has a very decent behavior. It is true that we are practically talking about the standard of today, when there are screens of two or four times their resolution and therefore a higher density of pixels, but in the case of the Redmi 3 Pro, its behavior is satisfactory, with bright colors and good visibility, although committed to sunlight – but no more than the average.

With a pixel density of 294ppi, the Redmi 3 Pro has an almost Retina resolution that for the iPhone has been enough for years.

Software of the Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro:

The Redmi 3 Pro runs MIUI 7.3 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. We would have liked a more recent version of Android, taking into account that Android 7.0 Nougat is already on the street, but the work that Xiaomi does with MIUI means that we do not miss the advantages of Marshmallow too much. The interface is strongly personalized and can also be customized to suit the user with available themes and many other variables that make it a flexible smartphone. The interface clearly follows the oriental tastes with a very strong similarity with EMUI which in turn follow the steps of iOS and some users might find this tedious – but it is Android and there is nothing that can not be improved by installing a launcher.

Xiaomi offers several tools to check security, clean memory and others, we could call bloatware, in addition to duplicating other apps such as browser, messaging and others with their own versions, but bear in mind that in China the Google store is restricted and is maybe why these apps are installed in the first place.

Review Of The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge: The Android King Claims His Crown

Samsung Galaxy S7, Best Android
When we talk about Android, it is almost impossible not to refer to Samsung’s Galaxy S series .

For seven generations, the smartphone of the South Korean manufacturer has set the pace both in sales and functionalities. However, with the fifth and sixth generation, Samsung did not seem to hit the nail on the head. The sixth generation introduced the metal chassis replacing the characteristic plastic until then, but sacrificed some functionalities, but also introduced the Galaxy S6 edge, a variant with a curved screen on both sides.

With the seventh generation of the Galaxy S, Samsung refines many details, possibly achieving the best Android smartphone of the year – and more with the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge . The Galaxy S7 edge iterates on the fantastic design of its predecessor, but returns to incorporate lost features, such as water resistance and microSD slot, the main complaints of users against the Galaxy S6 edge. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a beautiful 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screen at QHD resolution (1440 x 2560) with curved edges on both sides. Inside, an Exynos 8890 octa-core processor (Snapdragon 820 in some regions) with generous 4GB of RAM gives incredible power to the Galaxy S7 edge. The Galaxy S7 edge also has 32GB of internal storage can be expanded up to 200GB thanks to the microSD slot, a main camera of 12 MP with pixels twice the size of previous generations – despite having fewer megapixels – front camera of 5 MP, fingerprint reader on the start button, and countless sensors, including one capable of measuring heart rate and blood oxygen level, plus a 3600 mAh battery and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with TouchWiz UI.

Design and manufacture of the Galaxy S7 edge:

The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge reaches levels of refinement that will be difficult to overcome in future generations. The curved screen on both sides of the Galaxy S7 edge gives it a unique look, which no smartphone achieves, effectively eliminating the edges of the screen and improving its ergonomics. The back of the Galaxy S7 edge is coated in glass, also slightly curved to improve ergonomics, although it attracts the marks of the fingers in an impressive way, and it is very difficult to keep it clean. The buttons are firm and respond well, and the start button to the front, also made of metal, works as a fingerprint reader, protruding a little, and responding very fast to the touch and unlocking the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge safely.Speaking of excel, the rear camera lens of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge continues to escape the limits of the chassis, but unlike the Galaxy S6, the bulge is much smaller, to the point that does not seem to bother. While it is likely that the Galaxy S7 edge can withstand some slight impacts, we would not risk dropping this smartphone under any circumstances – even if the glass is Gorilla Glass 4 – so unfortunately the Galaxy S7 edge will require covers that will drastically reduce its charm.

Screen of the Galaxy S7 edge:

The screen of the Galaxy S7 edge is possibly the best screen that can be found on the market today, thanks to a generous size of 5.5 inches and Super AMOLED technology that provides vivid colors – and at times saturated. While the curvature of the Galaxy S7 edge screen adds beauty, in functional aspects it sometimes provides a reflection aura, which can become annoying when reading and viewing content, especially in non-Samsung apps. Its QHD resolution may not do justice to the naked eye, but Samsung is placing a lot of emphasis on virtual reality with the Gear VR, and its resolution will be a differentiating factor in this case.

48 Hours With The Google Pixel XL: This Has Been Our Experience: The Best Android Smart Phone.

Google Pixel Android Smart Phone, Google Pixel
Google, possibly, in recent years, has made each year one of the best smartphones of the moment. The first big bet he made was in 2013. Google went ahead of its rivals and took out a mobile with hardware as powerful as that of brands like Samsung or Sony, but at a fairly reduced price. This terminal was the Nexus 5, which had a processor Snapdragon 800, and its launch price was close to 350 euros. This device fell in love and marked a before and after Google.

A year later, Google collaborated with Motorola to make possibly one of the biggest disappointments of the year. From this collaboration, the new Motorola Nexus 6 came out. This device was too large, and had a much higher price than its predecessor. This mobile became coarse at hand and it could be considered that its multimedia sections were below their rivals, who had the same price as him. Google knows that it was wrong with this device and the following year it tried to fix it with two new devices.

It arrived in 2015 and Google decided to collaborate with Huawei and LG to possibly launch their two best devices to date. From the collaboration of these two brands with the company of the great G got to leave the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P. These two smartphones had, as screen size, 5.2 inches and 5.7 inches respectively. They had one of the best cameras on the market, and its price, which was high but not exorbitant, also helped a lot not to repeat the failure of the previous year.

Pixel 1:

The year 2016 is already over and Google presented its new bet for the high end by October. In this case, there were two devices, the Google Pixel and Pixel XL. We already analyzed the strategy that Google planned with these two smartphones, but today, we bring you our experience with the Google Pixel XL. In this case, it was only 48 hours, since it was the time that the company left us.

A design that does not stand out These hours we have been able to use the Pixel XL, we have to say that we have found it very comfortable at hand. The device did not become big or heavy at any time, taking into account that its thickness is of the highest of the high range. If it is true, it can be very slippery on some occasions, almost falling out of hand, but in general, has left us a feeling at hand quite positive.

PixelSust: 2

The appearance of the terminal has also left a good taste in the mouth, almost all. At the back, we found a rather original design, with a bottom made of aluminum, and a glass top, which, at first glance it looked, looks like it would be a magnet for the prints, but when we use it , We realize that it is not so. Something we wanted to point out is that, when trying to unlock the device with the fingerprint reader, we were quite wrong, because the touch of the glass and the fingerprint sensor is quite similar.

Another of the failures of this terminal in the design is its front. If we see the mobile off, we could remember a Chinese terminal or a mid-range, since it does not differentiate at all. We find some frames that are very badly exploited, and every time we are using it, we wonder why Google has not been able to take advantage of the lower frame, making the only function it has is to spoil the design of the terminal.

Pixel Sust:

In summary, the design was a part in which we thought that the Pixel was not going to stand out, but it surprised us enough, since it has left us a very good experience, with the 'buts' of the similarity between the touch of the glass and The fingerprint sensor and the frames on the front. It is clear that Google Pixel has not made the best design of the year, but has managed to make an original design, differential, and that is not unpleasant at hand.

A screen that does not become the best

Pixel 3:

This time, the company of the great G has decided not to continue betting on the 5.7 inches we saw on the Nexus 6P, but we continue to see a panel with AMOLED technology. The screen that we find on the Google Pixel XL has a diagonal of 5.5 inches with QHD resolution. Without a doubt, this screen is one of the best on the market, but we do not see a great evolution with respect to the 6P screen, and even, it looks worse than the Nexus 6P when both have little brightness, since the Pixel Saturates the colors too much. But in general, it is a very good screen, which meets at all times.

When the Pixel XL came on the market, it started to see a lot on the internet that had problems in the multitouch section, for example, when making the pin gesture in a photo to zoom. In our case, we have not had any problem with this. The experience with the screen has been almost 10. In high light situations, the device could interpret the luminosity well and gave us a very good interpretation of the colors in the automatic brightness.

Is there a device that performs better than Google Pixel?

Pixel 4:

The answer to the previous question we think is very simple: no. Right now we believe that we can not find any other terminal that gives us an experience like the one given by Google Pixel. This smartphone carries a processor, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, the latest presented the American brand. This processor, along with the 4 GB of RAM memory it carries, leaves an incredible experience.

In the time we had the terminal, we could not get any glitches in this section. Performance, whether in games, day-to-day applications, or multitasking in general, has been flawless. This is thanks to the hardware we mentioned before and to the latest version of Google's operating system, Android 7.1 Nougat. Every time we see more as Android continues to evolve more and it becomes a very mature system. Google Pixel has achieved that the strength of the new Google Pixel is the power, user experience, performance and its fluidity.

Pixel: 88

The battery is one of the most expected points. The Nexus 6P added last year the same amount of mAh, with a less efficient processor and a bigger screen, and gave us a good result. This Google Pixel XL, has a battery of 3,450 mAh, which, along with the resolution of your screen and its processor, leaves us a very good experience. We have been able to spend the 5 hours of screen with a varied use, between Wi-Fi, data, some other game and social networks. The worst part of the battery is its fast charge, since the terminal, in full charge, takes more than an hour and a half, a duration much higher than the terminals of the competition.

The coverage of this terminal could have been improved. We realized that on many occasions, when other terminals such as the Huawei Mate 9 or the Nexus 6P caught Wi-Fi, the Pixel XL did not yet recognize the network. This is very demanding, but we have to keep in mind at all times that we are analyzing a terminal of more than 900 euros.

Google wants to have the best camera on the market.

Pixel Camara

Last year, they did a very good job with the cameras of their two devices, as they were placed in the best cameras year. This year, they have not wanted to disappoint, and we have been promised to have the best camera on a smartphone. According to the expert page in camera analysis, DxOMark, this camera has a score of 89, being the highest so far.

We have to say yes, it is a very good camera. At all times, thanks to its IMX378 13-megapixel sensor and its incredible HDR + mode, it leaves us with some quality images, even in the worst possible conditions. Google has opted for the camera and has succeeded, has made a camera of outstanding. In situations of quite luminosity, leaves a great detail in each photograph and saturated colors that give much life to the image.

Pixel: 99

At night, we have to say that in part it has surprised us enough. Like the Nexus 6P, this camera is possibly the best shot at night, as we've seen in a lot of analysis in the US. In the photos at night makes a great interpretation of the lights and colors to take some great photos. The bad part, it may be that when there are lampposts nearby, the device does not know how to interpret them well and generate noise in the image.

Another point we want to talk about is the portrait mode. We tried it a lot, but it rarely left us the expected result. It is very uncomfortable in the Google application to make this type of photo, since you have to stay still and, when taking the photo, move the terminal slowly up. On few occasions the photo came to be well, but when it was well, it was a very good result.

CONCLUSIONS:

In our 48 hours with the Google Pixel XL, we have to say that we have been very happy, and it has cost us quite to get 'buts' to this terminal, since as you can see, in all the mistakes we have made, we have been very demanding . The reason we have been so demanding is because we are talking about the most expensive terminal with Android in the market, a merit that you have to win on your own.

But the time has come to answer the blissful question, is the Google Pixel XL worth the 909 euros it costs? The answer for us is easy: no. Surely, this Pixel XL is the best Android terminal of the year, but we do not think it is good enough to differentiate both in price of its competitors. We have been able to compare this terminal directly with the Nexus 6P, and we believe it does not cost nearly twice as much, considering that the 6P is officially on Amazon for 400 euros.

Pixel:

If we start comparing it with others, we do not believe that its quality justifies its price. Note 7 came on the market for about 100 euros less, and had a much better design, iris scanner, water resistance and a better screen. But since it is no longer on the market, we can continue to compare it with the S7 Edge, where we can see almost the same deficiencies with respect to Note 7, costing, right now, almost 600 euros.

Google has finally managed to have the best terminal of the year, but will your price take a toll? We'll see that in a few minutes fail world at 11:45

Review of Huawei P9: Android Smart Phone

Huawei P9, Android, Smart Phone, Review, Huawei P9

Review of OnePlus 3 Smart Phone: The Maturation of OnePlus

One Plus 3 Android Smart Phone, OnePlus 3
The OnePlus 3 is the fourth smartphone of this young company and the first to be sold without the need for an invitation.

This means that OnePlus has reached the “age of majority”: it is no longer afraid to enter the market to compete, with risks of being exposed due to lack of stock or problems, and has with what with the new OnePlus 3 , a smartphone that challenges the This year’s high-end smartphones for a fraction of their price.

First, let’s review the specifications of the OnePlus 3: AMOLED “optical” screen of 5.5 inches at 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, quad-core Snapdragon processor 820 at 2.2GHz, generous 6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage (no possibility of expansion), Rear camera with Sony 16 MP sensor with optical stabilization and image electronics, 8 MP front camera and 3000 mAh battery with Dash Charge support, as OnePlus calls the fast charging technology developed by them through the USB port. C and incorporated in the OnePlus 3.

Design and manufacture of the OnePlus 3:

Years ago, we could have confused the OnePlus 3 with one of HTC smartphones . The OnePlus 3 is manufactured in a unibody metal chassis that results in a lightweight smartphone, without sacrificing your premium feeling at any time. Two antenna bands flank the 16 MP camera on the back of the OnePlus 3, with a lens protruding from the chassis. While we would have preferred it not, OnePlus complemented the OnePlus 3 with a variety of housings that are designed to precisely prevent the lens from protruding, substantially improving both ergonomics and protection. The metal is usually slippery, and nobody would want to drop the OnePlus 3 – although we are sure it could withstand a couple of minor blows without problems.

In front of the OnePlus 3, the fingerprint reader is integrated into the start button, in turn flanked by two capacitive buttons. The fingerprint reader of the OnePlus 3 allows you to quickly unlock the smartphone, as well as configure several fingers to do so. It works very well and fast, but sometimes it requires aligning the finger, which tends to be annoying at times.

The OnePlus 3 comes with a plastic screen protector that although welcome, accumulates marks and fingerprints all over its surface, but removing it would be a challenge given that we do not know if replacements like this one will be easily traceable.

OnePlus 3 screen:

OnePlus equipped the OnePlus 3 with an AMOLED screen that it calls “optics”. The reality is that the OnePlus 3 has a Pentile arrangement that restricts a little the natural colors when compared with other smartphones with pure AMOLED screens. A recent controversy arose with the mode used by OnePlus, and the company incorporated sRGB as an option in the OnePlus 3 with a recent update, but we found more satisfactory the mode originally used by the company.

Still, most users will not find objections to a beautiful and generous screen with a resolution more than enough to see multimedia in the OnePlus 3

OnePlus 3 software:

The OnePlus 3 runs OxygenOS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, but the (good) reality is that it is an almost stock version of the Google operating system with some subtle aggregates that are very welcome. For example, OxygenOS allows you to choose if you want to use the capacitive buttons or opt for Android software buttons, enable a dark mode in the theme, configure gestures to open the camera, double tap to wake up the screen or draw them to activate the music or flashlight, and a screen dedicated to the right with frequently used apps, memos and widgets.
